Pancake Lovin! | Giveaway!

Not your typical photography post…but we love pancakes!

So we got this email the other day asking if we’d mind if this company sent us some pancake mix to try. They said they had been directed to our blog post about Valentine’s Day & our pancakes we had that morning. So we did the research and found out about this lil company: Frankenstein Mills! Here’s some photos of the box, which is so much fun in itself! After the photos is our lil review!

Frankenstein Mills Pancakes

Ok so you by now are wondering…were they good? They were amazing! It’s a box mix…but you add buttermilk, eggs, & Canola oil…so it makes it feel like it’s a lil more homemade than just the typical add water/milk mix! They had such a scrumptiously sweet flavor! They really could have been eaten without syrup! Next time we can’t wait to try them with some strawberries & whip-cream! Definitely go & check out the site Frankenstein Mills! Do yourself a favor order a bunch!!!

To end this post we are going to be giving away 1 box of the mix! How to win: leave a comment about some glorious breakfast recipe & with your email(so we can contact you). We will be doing the random drawing on Saturday March. 6th!

Steph Wheeler - Um, yes, Aretha’s (home base in Chattanooga) has THE BEST pancakes in the world. And I don’t even like pancakes. I just went there to celebrate St. Patty’s.

Yum.

Virginia - They look great….but I bet they taste best eating them as breakfast in bed or as a Sunday night dinner!

Heather-one love - um, YUM! That looks really freaking good :)

Jimmy Moncrief - You guys have to come to Chattanooga to get this stuff where it is made! They actually bake the pancakes in the oven – and they are OFF THE CHAIN!!

To put my name in the hat though, breakfast casserole is the staple for us when we are living large!

How yummy are pancakes!

Maria - This restaurant, Aretha Frankensteins, is in Chattanooga. The insanely great waffle and insanely great pancakes are on their menu. I think this was also featured on Food Network with Rachel Ray’s Food Travels or something like that. It is a really good restaurant. We eat their when we are in town visiting the in-laws. If the people from there are reading this… YOU NEED MORE SEATING!!!!

Sarah Boutwell - I love that the pancake maker sent you their mix after seeing your blog. So cool! Thomas says he’s going to serve me Nikon lenses for breakfast tomorrow morning and see if it has the same result! {French Toast is my favorite breakfast…as far as a recipe, it’s great when anybody makes it other than me!;) } Y’all are great…loving the blog!

Amanda @ This Is Mimi Leigh - Okay, I will admit that I’ve never made this….but it has been in my inbox for some time where i sent it to myself. I think it would be wonderful for breakfast!!

Now I’ll have to try it this week! Haha!
